Cynthia was born in Tennessee and immigrated to Canada as a very young child. She lives in Edmonton with her husband, Ed, their fur babies, Boston and Betty.
Cynthia loves the outdoors and can often be found enjoying Edmonton’s beautiful nature trails, hiking the ravines or nurturing her little garden. She also loves mountain biking, downhill skiing and making snow angels.
Cynthia has cycled to raise funds for MS and enjoys rolling up her sleeves to join helping various local charities around the City, as opportunities arise. Friends often call her to help with their chosen charities, which helps her learn more about so many great causes that she couldn’t possibly know of all on her own.
Cynthia has a decade of experience as a mortgage broker in the Greater Edmonton Area and is licensed as both a Mortgage Broker and a Realtor in the Province of Alberta. During her many years as a broker, clients have often asked her to attend their home inspections or walk through their new homes with them before taking possession. Each time, they’d ask her why she wasn’t a REALTOR and if she’d ever consider getting her license in the future. Eventually, the time was right when she felt she could do the most good wearing either hat, to best service her clients. It was a wonderful decision and she hasn’t looked back!
Areas of Specialty: Cynthia’s favourite houses are renovated bungalows and split-level homes. They have such interesting floorplans and so many walls to decorate and are amazing when you fix them up!
Fantasy Vacation: Exploring Venice.
Favourite Saying: Make it so, #1!
