Sheldon was born and raised in the City of Edmonton.

After graduating from the University of Alberta in 1990, Sheldon began his career in business by managing Kennedy Consulting & Recording Ltd. from 1992 - 2003.

Sheldon spent the next several years investing in and remodeling larger Edmonton family homes. This experience gave Sheldon a knowledge of good design and construction which has been invaluable to his Edmonton Real Estate clients.

The success of this and other Edmonton Real Estate endeavours lead to the creation of Kennedy Real Estate. Sheldon has enjoyed growing his successful business by specializing in residential sales.

What makes Sheldon a Lifestyle Expert

When Sheldon is not renovating or selling Edmonton real estate he spends his off time on the golf course, on the lake water skiing, or on the slopes downhill skiing with his teenage sons. Sheldon is often seen in many a school gym watching his boys playing school/club and college volleyball, a sport he himself enjoys playing and watching. Sheldon is a big Grant McEwan Griffins fan... not to mention Go Rebels and SBS!!

Fun fact: no he's not THAT Sheldon Kennedy – unless it gets him a good deal on a purchase!!
